In 2011 a small group of about 40 sales educators got together in Orlando FL. to discuss one basic question...How do we improve sales education in college and university classrooms? The meeting was a huge success and everyone came away with ways to change how they teach sales. This year will not be any different...now more than ever we need to be thinking about topics like AI, Sales Technology, Inside versus Outside Selling, Social Selling, and how these disruptive trends will change the face of sales education in the immediate future.
Listen to some of the top thought leaders in the area of sales and sales management share trends that we should all be paying attention to! Typically these keynote speakers come from industry so that we can hear firsthand what is happening in the world of sales.

Ian Speakman was one of the original SEA speakers teaching us innovative ways that we can teach negotiations in our sales programs. Ian was a passionate teacher who was always willing to share ideas on how to improve sales education and one of the most out-of-the-box thinkers in our field. In his honor, we welcome submissions for the Ian Speakman Innovations in Teaching Award and we will hear from the finalists for the award at SEA '23.
